The Malcolm A. Portera High Performance Computing Center is home to the university’s High Performance Computing Collaboratory — a coalition of MSU research centers and institutes that share an objective of advancing state-of-the-art research in computational science and engineering using high performance computing. As one of the most powerful computing centers in U.S. academia, the center is powering advances in key economic sectors such as aerospace, agriculture, cybersecurity, defense, energy, manufacturing, and more.
